yaknow - I hate to say it...
BUT
given the amount of Japanese RPG discussion I've seen sporadically over on rpg.net - - it might be worth your while to run this effort up the flagpole over there...
also -just FYI - there's been a bit of discussion about Modern20 over at rpg.net.
