Chuck's Comments: Huh, everyone seems to like the nerfed Called Shot perk. There's a hit location table now, and Called Shot (or Precision Strike for melee) lets you negate penalties (some of them) for targeting a specific area.
Now everyone's trying head shots, it's hilarious. Of course, the Star was looking for a reason to take Career Advancement anyway.
