The real question Chuck, at least as far as I'm concerned, is will you be revising Legends of the Samurai under the new GSL? Your book was among my favorite 3.5 books, and I'd love to see it for 4th ed.

LoS is a possibility for 4e. Im still not in possession of the books, nor have I seen the license yet, so there's still some bridges to cross.

I've been meaning to ask you if WOTC has announced release dates for modern rules...if they have, I've missed it

According to the WotC website, gaming companies can request the license and the SRD as of today. The release date for anything under GSL is October 1st and beyond.
