In actuality, I'd probably make Superman higher level than this, but I decided to see just how "super" he could be at level 20. Turns out pretty freaking super.

Pretty versatile... so far Srupers20 can really flex! Will characters like Superguy show up in dark future or will the power level be significantly lower?

Dark Future is a bit more on the gritty side. It's mutant street gangs, living in mutant ghettos, hemmed in by guys in power armor type of setting.
However, I'll likely include the Horde of Scion campaign model, which is a cosmic campaign model including an alien overlord who is pretty super, just not in a good way.
But yeah, I was pleased with how Superman turned out, though as I said, to get the full effect you'd probably want him to be 5-10 levels higher.
But I thought for demonstration purposes doing him and Iron Man as very different level 20 characters was a better example.

Of course - the gets into the whole "source of the powers" issue - which might be something best left to character fluff
Yeah, that's where I'm leaning right now, is leaving origin entirely to character backstory.
I did them like races in the original B&V, but I think leaving them alone might be the best option.
